Pennsylvania Statutes Title 73 Pa.C.S.A. Townships § 1103. Excluded provisions

This part does not include any provisions, and shall not be construed to repeal any act, relating to:

(1) The assessment and valuation of property and persons for the purposes of taxation and collection of taxes, except as provided in this part.

(2) The collection of municipal claims by liens.

(3) The method of incurring or increasing bonded indebtedness.

(4) Conduct of elections.

(5) Public schools and school districts.

(6) The powers and duties of constables.

(7) Magisterial district judges.

(8) State highways and private roads.

(9) Any of the provisions of 75 Pa.C.S. (relating to vehicles).

(10) Validation of elections, bonds, ordinances and acts of corporate officers.

(11) Any of the provisions of 24 Pa.C.S. Ch. 93 (relating to public library code).

(12) Crimes and offenses provided for in 18 Pa.C.S. (relating to crimes and offenses).

(13) Any law relating to the giving of municipal consent to public utilities.
