Proprietary business information contained in the application form described in section 2912-D  1 and the written notice described in section 2916-D,  2 as well as information concerning the identity of a qualified tenant, are confidential and may not be disclosed to the public.  The department may disclose the name of a computer data center that has been certified under this article.
