Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 8907-F. Guidelines

Before any KIZ is approved by the department, the department shall approve written guidelines for the program and shall provide a copy of the guidelines to the Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the Senate, the Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate and the chairperson and minority chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
