The decision of the secretary to approve or disapprove a proposal pursuant to section 1904-A 1 of this act shall be in writing, and, if it approves the proposal, it shall state the maximum credit allowable to the business firm. A copy of the decision of the secretary shall be transmitted to the Governor and to the Secretary of Revenue.
