Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 603. Board of Fish Commissioners to collect certain license fees

The Board of Fish Commissioners shall continue to issue boat and net licenses, seine licenses, propagation licenses, and any other special licenses, which it is authorized by law to issue, and to collect license fees therefor as provided by law, and shall continue to collect fines, penalties, and bail forfeited for violations of the fish laws as provided by law, but the Department of Revenue shall assign to the board an agent, or designate an employe of the board as the agent of the department, for the purpose of receiving all license fees and other moneys payable to the board.
