The time of commencing the sales of unseated lands for taxes, according to the directions of the first section 1 of the act, entitled “an act to amend an act directing the mode of selling unseated lands for taxes, and for other purposes,” passed the thirteenth day of March, 1815, shall be on the second Monday in June, of every year, in which the sales of such lands are by the said act directed to be commenced, and that so much of any law as is hereby altered or supplied, be and the same hereby is repealed.
