Before any sale of lands shall hereafter be made by any county treasurer in pursuance of the forty-first section 1 of an act, entitled “An act to reduce the state debt, and to incorporate the Pennsylvania railroad company,” passed the twenty-ninth day of April, 1844, he shall give the same notice of sale as is now required by law for the sale of unseated lands. 2
