Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 5860.401. Petition for sequestrator

After the expiration of twenty (20) days from the time the claim becomes absolute, except in cases where the property is essential to the business of a quasi-public corporation, the court shall, on the petition of the bureau, appoint it as sequestrator of the rents, issues and profits of the property bound by the claim.
