Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 5538. Striking from records by taxing authorities and officers

Upon receipt of the notice from the receiver or collector of taxes by the taxing authorities and officers in whose possession a record of the tax or taxes may be, it shall be their duty to strike such tax or taxes from their records.
