Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 501. Powers and duties in general

Subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, the Board of Finance and Revenue shall continue as the successor to the board created by the act approved the eighth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine (Pamphlet Laws, page nineteen), entitled “An act relating to the settlement of public accounts,” its amendments and supplements,  1 the Board of Public Accounts, the Board of Revenue Commissioners, and the Sinking Fund Commission.
