The auditor general be and he is hereby authorized to demand and receive the following fees, to be accounted for and paid by him into the state treasury, quarterly:

For copy of entry, or paper filed or any part thereof, for every ten words or figures |

Provided, That each person settling an account in said office shall be entitled to a certified copy of said account without fee, as heretofore.
