Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 4302. Proceedings for payment

The State Forestry Reservation Commission   1 shall certify to the respective school districts and road districts, throughout the Commonwealth, in which auxiliary forest reserves are located, the number of acres thus set apart and classified in each district, and the charge against the same;  and shall, furthermore, certify to the State Treasurer the number of acres as aforesaid, and the charge against the same, in favor of the respective school and road districts.  The State Treasurer shall, upon the approval of the proper warrants of the commission, pay to the several school districts and road districts the amount due the same from the Commonwealth, as derived under this act.
