From and after the beginning of the fiscal year commencing June first, one thousand nine hundred and seven, the secretary of the Commonwealth, attorney general, superintendent of public instruction, adjutant general, insurance commissioner, commissioner of banking, 1 secretary of agriculture, commissioner of forestry, 2 factory inspector, chief of the department of mines, 3 commissioner of health, 4 state highway commissioner, 5 superintendent of state police, commissioner of fisheries, 6 state librarian, superintendent of public grounds and buildings, 7 superintendent of public printing and binding, 7 board of game commissioners, 8 and the dairy and food commissioner, 9 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shall pay daily into the state treasury, for the use of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, all fees, licenses, fines, penalties, commissions, costs, and all moneys received or collected, on behalf of the Commonwealth, from any source whatever.
