Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 4089. Auditor general to draw warrant on state treasurer for amount of settled account

The auditor general shall draw his warrant on the state treasurer for the amount or balance of all accounts settled agreeably to this act, which are in the nature of claims on the Commonwealth, and for which there is an appropriation by law.
