Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 3919.314. Registration of bonds

The necessary registry books shall be kept in the office of the authorized loan and transfer agent of the Commonwealth for the registration of any bonds of the Commonwealth according to the terms and conditions of issue specified by the issuing officials under section 307(d). 1  Bonds issued without interest coupons attached shall be registered in the registry books kept by the authorized loan and transfer agent of the Commonwealth.
