Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 3735.1. Flood and flood-related hazards;  coverage for individual State-owned buildings

With regard to flood and flood-related hazards, the fund shall provide coverage to individual State-owned buildings and their contents equal to the coverage which would otherwise be required by the Federal Government under its National Flood Insurance Program.
