All money heretofore or hereafter received by the Treasurer of this Commonwealth from the United States Government pursuant to the Chamberlain-Kahn Act of Congress, entitled “An act making appropriation for the support of the army for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and nineteen,” and constituting chapter fifty-five of the acts of the Sixty-fifth Congress, for the use of the State Department of Health in the prevention, control, and treatment of venereal diseases, or other Congressional appropriations for similar purposes now made or to be made, is hereby specifically appropriated to said State Department of Health for such prevention, control, and treatment.
