Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 3444. Unexpended balance of township award

All unexpended balances of any appropriation heretofore or which shall hereafter be made to the Department of Highways   1 for the payment of Township Reward, in accordance with the provisions of the act of July fourteenth, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen (Pamphlet Laws, eight hundred forty),  2 and its supplements and amendments, shall be consolidated with and become a part of any current appropriation for a similar purpose.
