Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 3370. Names of delinquents to be reported to legislature

It shall be the duty of the auditor general to report annually, to the legislature, the names of all officers who neglect or refuse to make the returns to him, which by law they are enjoined to do.
