Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 3153. Certain acts extended to patent medicine licenses

All the provisions and duties enjoined upon any one by the act, entitled “An act graduating duties upon wholesale dealers and retailers of merchandise, and prescribing the mode of issuing licenses and collecting said duties,” passed April 7, 1830,  1 and the several supplements thereto, are hereby extended and declared to apply to this act, except so far as they are inconsistent herewith.
