Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1809.8013. Report by Local Government Commission

The Local Government Commission shall conduct a study on the impact of the annual taxes levied under sections 8011(a) and 8012(a)  1 and the delivery and utilization of fire and emergency services.  The Local Government Commission shall conduct the study no later than three years after the effective date of this section.  No later than six months after conducting the study, the Local Government Commission shall submit a report on the study to all of the following:

(1) The Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the Senate.

(2) The Majority Leader and Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.

(3) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Local Government Committee of the Senate.

(4) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Veterans' Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee of the Senate.

(5) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Local Government Committee of the House of Representatives.

(6) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the Veterans' Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee of the House of Representatives.
