Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1805-B. Access to confidential contracts and information

(a) Authority--In order to perform the commission's duties under this article, the commission, including the Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement of the commission, along with the Office of Small Business Advocate and the Office of Consumer Advocate, may review contracts, agreements and commitments between interconnecting customers and utilities that affect load-forecast assumptions.

(b) Production.--Upon request by the commission, a utility shall provide the contracts, agreements or related materials to the commission for the purposes of this article.

(c) Confidentiality and handling.--The handling, filing and disclosure of a record, report or information under this act shall be governed by 52 Pa. Code Ch. 102 (relating to confidential security information), and the record, report or information shall retain its confidential status in accordance with 52 Pa. Code Ch. 102 and the act of November 29, 2006 (P.L. 1435, No. 156),  1 known as the Public Utility Confidential Security Information Disclosure Protection Act.
