Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1775-A. Eligible applicants

Notwithstanding any other provision of the H2O PA Act to the contrary, a not-for-profit organization that owns a high hazard unsafe dam and has filed with the authority an application for a grant under section 502(a)(3) of the H2O PA Act   1 prior to the effective date of this section shall be an eligible applicant for a grant under section 502(a)(3) of the H2O PA Act.
