Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1773-A. Request for appropriation

If inadequate funds are available to the authority to pay all the costs related to indebtedness incurred to fund projects under the H2O PA Act after the transfer of funds from the Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund under section 301 of the H2O PA Act,  1 the Secretary of the Budget on behalf of the authority shall seek an appropriation from the General Fund to fully pay the costs.
