(a) Environmental Stewardship Fund.--From money received under the authority of Article III of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L. 6, No. 2), 1 known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, the sum of $9,944,000 shall be transferred to the Environmental Stewardship Fund.
(b) Well Plugging Restricted Revenue Account.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $5,000,000 shall be transferred from the Waste Transportation Safety Account to the Well Plugging Restricted Revenue Account.
(c) Crime Victim Services and Compensation Fund.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $5,000,000 of the money transferred to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1408(c) (relating to transfers from State Gaming Fund) shall be transferred to the Crime Victim Services and Compensation Fund.
