The following shall apply:
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of 4 Pa.C.S. Pt. II 1 (relating to gaming) and the act of July 9, 2008 (P.L. 908, No. 63), 2 known as the H2O PA Act, $6,000,000 is appropriated from the Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund to the Department of General Services to meet additional payment obligations for the project itemized in section 3(2)(i)(D) of the act of July 25, 2007 (P.L. 342, No. 53), known as the Pennsylvania Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund Capital Budget Itemization Act of 2007.
(2) The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the Pennsylvania Gaming Economic Development Fund to the Sports, Marketing and Tourism account for use by the department in accordance with section 1722-A.2(d)(2). 3
