Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1609-C. Exception

This article shall not apply when the political subdivision's nonpayment on a particular project is caused by failure of the Federal or State government to pay funds designated for the specific project.  Nothing in this article shall be construed to require payment of interest penalties by the Federal or State government.
