Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 1604-P. Angel Investment Venture Capital Account

The Angel Investment Venture Capital Account is established as a restricted account within the General Fund.  Money transferred under section 1605-P   1 shall be deposited into the account.  All money in the account shall be used by the office for the purpose of making grants under this article.
