Pennsylvania Statutes Title 72 P.S. Taxation and Fiscal Affairs § 118-C. Violence Intervention and Prevention

(a) Use of funds.--Money appropriated for COVID Relief--ARPA--Violence Intervention and Prevention shall be used solely to provide grants and technical assistance to community-based organizations, institutions of higher education, municipalities, district attorneys and other entities in accordance with section 1306-B(b) of the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L. 30, No. 14),  1 known as the Public School Code of 1949, and notwithstanding section 1306-B(h)(7) of the Public School Code of 1949 for programs eligible under section 1306-B(j)(22) of the Public School Code of 1949.
