Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 751-17. Reorganization Plan No. 5 of 1973--Transfer of Division of Health Facilities Planning and Construction

Section 1. The functions, powers and duties of the Division of Health Facilities Planning and Construction in the Department of Public Welfare are hereby transferred to the Department of Health.

Section 2. There are hereby transferred to the Department of Health to be used, employed, and expended in connection with the functions, powers and duties transferred by section 1 of this Reorganization Plan, personnel, contract obligations, if any, records, files, property, supplies and equipment now being used or held in connection with such functions, powers and duties, and the unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations and other funds available or to be made available for use in connection with such functions, powers and duties.

Section 3. Section 201, clause (6) of section 902 and section 921, act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21),  1 known as the “Public Welfare Code,” are suspended in so far as they conflict with this Reorganization Plan.

Section 4. This Reorganization Plan shall take effect July 1, 1973.
