All disputes as to the identity of the funds, property, or investments of an estate, of which an institution in the possession of the secretary was fiduciary, arising either because such funds, property or investments have become or are alleged to have become mingled with other funds, property, or investments, or for any other reason, shall be determined by the court in which the certificate of possession is filed. Such court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
