Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 733-505. Suits by department; jurisdiction of courts

This act shall not be construed to limit the right of the department in the course of its supervision of institutions to bring any suit in courts of law or of equity, in pursuance of any remedy permitted by the laws of this Commonwealth, or by those of any other state in which the department brings suit.
