So much of sections 202 and 206 as relates to the Department of Justice and so much of sections 206, 207.1(d)(1) and 208(a) as relates to the Attorney General of the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L. 177, No. 175), known as “The Administrative Code of 1929,” are repealed. 1
Section 1517(a) of Title 75 (Vehicles), act of November 25, 1970 (P.L. 707, No. 230) 2, known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, is repealed to the extent that the Attorney General is made a member of the Medical Advisory Board.
