Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 720.5. Annual report (Adm. Code § 2805-C)

The board shall make an annual report of the authority's activities for the preceding fiscal year not later than one hundred twenty days after the conclusion thereof to the Governor and the General Assembly. Each such report shall contain a statement of activities and a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the authority during such year.
