Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 580.19. Institutions of higher learning (Adm. Code § 2239)

An institution of higher learning which, on the effective date of this subarticle, is a party to a lease or other contract with a Commonwealth agency entered into under section 2224  1 may, when the present contract expires, is terminated or comes up for renewal, enter into contract with the bureau for the operation of a vending facility under this subarticle. An institution of higher learning may, at any time, voluntarily participate in the program established by this subarticle.
