Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 579. Bureau of Occupational and Industrial Safety (Adm. Code § 2219)

(a) Money collected by the Department of Labor and Industry under section 613-A(a)  1 for the 2019-2020 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter shall be distributed as follows:

(1) the amount of $10,000,000 shall augment an appropriation made to the Bureau of Occupational and Industrial Safety in a general appropriations act; and

(2) any amount in excess of the amount under paragraph (1) shall be deposited in the General Fund.

(b) (Reserved).
