Expenditures by the Department of Environmental Resources for utility services for Rockview Correctional Institution under section 2 of the act of June 21, 1978 (P.L. 1485, No. 16A), entitled “An act to provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1978, to June 30, 1979, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1978,” are validated.
