Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 359. Bureau of Higher Education (Adm. Code § 1309)

In addition to such other bureaus as may be created or named in the Department of Public Instruction, there shall be a Bureau of Higher Education, which shall be in charge of a deputy superintendent, and which shall have the responsibility for all matters relating to higher education assigned thereto by law or by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
