Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 240.16A. Pennsylvania State Police (Adm. Code § 616-A)

(a) The Pennsylvania State Police are authorized to charge fees for the following purposes and in the following amounts:

(1)

Accident Reports:

(i)

Certified copy of record of investigation of a vehicle accident․․․․․

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Pennsylvania State Police may increase the fees for criminal history record information under 18 Pa.C.S. Ch. 91 (relating to criminal history record information) by publishing a notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
