Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1709.1103. Membership on Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency

(a) Secretary of Public Welfare.--In place of the membership of the Secretary of Community Affairs on the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency under section 202 of the act of December 3, 1959 (P.L. 1688, No. 621),  1 known as the Housing Finance Agency Law, the Secretary of Public Welfare shall serve on that agency.

(b) Chairperson.--The Secretary of Community and Economic Development shall continue to be a member of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, and on and after the effective date of this act, the Secretary of Banking shall serve as chairperson of that agency.
