Whenever two (2) or more amendments to clause (i) of section 4 of this act 1 which raise the capacity of the Authority to borrow money, make and issue negotiable notes, bonds, and other evidences of indebtedness or obligations are enacted at the same or different sessions of the Legislature, one (1) amendment overlooking or making no reference to the other or others, the amendments shall be construed together and the aggregate borrowing capacity shall be the sum of the increases contemplated by all such amendments added to the aggregate borrowing capacity as it existed prior to the adoption of any such amendment unless a contrary intent is specifically stated in such amendments.
