(a) The Department of Property and Supplies 1 shall prepare a complete inventory of all State-owned or State-leased real property (other than highway rights-of-way) including all buildings, structures and facilities erected thereon and all the details relating thereto such as, for example, description and size, cost or rental, date of purchase or lease, present or contemplated use, easements affecting and the like.
(b) Such inventory shall be completed as soon as possible but not later than December 31, 1973 and organized and arranged in convenient form and be available for public inspection.
(c) Every department, board, commission, authority or other State agency shall promptly furnish such information as the department may request as to its real property in order to complete the inventory required by this act.
