Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1601a. Authorization for sale of property

The Department of Property and Supplies,  1 with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized and empowered to sell and convey, for such price as may be agreed upon, a certain plot of land approximately fifty by one hundred feet, located one and one-half miles north of Willow Grove, along the Fitz Watertown Road, State Highway Route No. 155, Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, title to which plot of ground is in the Commonwealth, and to make and execute a deed in the name of the Commonwealth to the purchaser thereof. The moneys received, as the purchase price of said property, shall be paid into the General Fund.
