Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1513. Corresponding secretary

The said board  1 may at its discretion, if the general agent shall be unable by press of duties to conduct the correspondence of the board, appoint a corresponding secretary, at a salary not exceeding one thousand dollars per annum, who shall conduct the correspondence of the board, and perform such other clerical duties as may be required of him.
