Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1414. Substitution of another employee

The Commissioner of Health  1 may, at any time, relieve any such person assigned, from his duty under the provisions of this act, and assign some other person in his or her stead: Provided, That he shall immediately inform the Auditor General of this Commonwealth of such action, and shall file with him a new certificate, as provided for in section two of this act.
