Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1341. Department established

There is hereby established in Pennsylvania a department known as the Department of Mines  1, which shall be charged with the supervision of the execution of the mining laws of this commonwealth, and the care and publication of the annual reports of the inspectors of coal mines and any and all other mines that may come under the provisions of the mining laws of this Commonwealth.
