Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1340.309. Youth conservation programs

(a) Powers and duties.--The department shall have the powers and duties previously vested in the Department of Environmental Resources by the act of July 2, 1984 (P.L. 561, No. 112), known as the Pennsylvania Conservation Corps Act.  1

(b) Federal funding.--The department shall have the power to establish and maintain conservation work experience programs authorized and funded under Federal law and to accept, use and grant funds made available by Federal agencies for such programs.
