Pennsylvania Statutes Title 71 P.S. State Government § 1244. Disposition of penalties

That all penalties and costs shall be received by the state board of agriculture  1 for the violation of this act and of other acts now enacted or hereafter to be enacted prohibiting or regulating the adulteration or imitation of any apple product, and shall be appropriated by the said board to the payment only of the necessary expenses incurred by the said dairy and food commissioner  2 and his assistants and agents in the investigation, discovery and prosecution of violation of this act.
