The state board of agriculture, 1 be and is hereby empowered and charged with the enforcement of the provisions of the act, entitled “An act for the protection of the public health, and to prevent the adulteration of dairy products and fraud in the sale thereof,” approved May 21, 1885, 2 and with the enforcement of the various provisions of all other laws now enacted, or hereafter to be enacted, prohibiting or regulating the adulteration or imitation of butter, cheese or other dairy products.
