For the compilation, arranging and indexing of said matter the sum of seven hundred and thirty dollars is hereby annually appropriated, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, upon the presentation of the receipt of the superintendent of public printing and binding that all the matter has been delivered to him; said sums to be divided as follows: To the state agricultural society, two hundred and fifty dollars; to the state dairyman's association, three hundred and fifty dollars, and to the state fruit growers' association, one hundred and thirty dollars; and that each organization shall deliver the whole of its report in manuscript to the superintendent of public printing on or before the first day of November of each year.
